Caseificio La Baronia was founded in 1990 from the vision and passion of cousins Luca and Alfonso Cutillo, two farmers determined to give a voice to the milk from their buffaloes, transforming it into a symbol of Campania’s cheesemaking tradition.

Even today, the skilled hands of our master cheesemakers work with the same dedication, weaving history and innovation to bring products to the table that speak of passion, land, and tradition.

From that first lab, nestled in the hills of Caserta, La Baronia has grown step by step, never abandoning the artisanal soul that makes it unique.
